K-1 1873, April 5 Documentation of Edward Robinson Jr.'s place and date of birth sought by Sebastian Schlesinger, who worked for the Kaiserlich Deutsches Consulat in Boston. The City of Boston's registrar reported on 28 March 1873 that he had no record of Edward's birth on Sept. 19, 1836. Schlesinger then investigated the Baptismal Records for Old South Church in Boston which did have an entry for Edward on 29 January 1837. Show less
