R. was pleased with the terms of the sale, his only regret being that the sale did not take place 7 years earlier. He mentions he would like to visit Twinsburg in the spring of 1833. He notes that 2 or 3 months earlier he sent Harvey Baldwin the deeds to the properties. He asks to be informed if the deeds have been recorded and requests information about the character of the new owner, Ian Humphrey.
