R. to designate another person to continue the affairs of the land transfer. He suggests that Williams' son, Othniel S. Williams and his assistant, O. Gridley, would be acceptable choices. Folded within this letter are copies of E. R.'s letters to O. Gridley and O.S. Williams, dated Dec. 26 and Dec. 27 respectively.
