F-2 1831, Dec. 10 Letter to E. R. in Andover, MA from Othniel Williams in Clinton, NY. Concerns the sale of land to Mr. Powell, who along with others is interested in subdividing the property. Othniel Williams is the lawyer for the transaction. This letter asks E. R. to send a copy of the deed for the land in question.

F-2 1832, Feb. 16 Letter to E. R. in Andover, MA from John H. Parmelee, John Powell, and Simeon Nelson. Expresses their collective anger and frustration that E. R. has not come forth with a deed as promised, while at the same time requiring them to get in readiness $1000 as a down payment. They demand a deed by return mail and interest on the money which they set aside.

F-2 1832, Jan. 23 Letter to E. R. in Andover, MA from Othniel Williams in Clinton. He is sending "the description of premises contained in Mrs. Kirkland's Quit-claim deed." Williams described the procedure which must be followed for executing proof of the deed. The description is appended at the end of the letter, with a P.S. stating that a small piece of the Kirkland deed was conveyed to Josiah

1832, January 23 - Letter to Edward Robinson from Othniel Williams, stating that he is sending "the description of premises contained in Mrs. Kirkland's Quit-claim deed."
A-2 1818, Sept. 5 E. R. entered into an "obligation bond" with Nathaniel Griffin, agreeing to pay the sum of $1200. There was a conditional clause added which stated that the sum of $200 with interest be paid on the first day of October next and the further sum of $400 on the first day of January next with interest. If such was duly paid, then the obligation of the initial statement would be void. Robinson's signature has been ripped off the bottom of the bond, which was executed in the presence of E. Griffin. [The common bond form was printed by William Williams of Utica.]

A-3 1819, Jan. 12 Deed: Eli Bristoll and Lucinda Bristoll to Edward Robinson, in consideration of $1,590. for 18 and 6/10ths acres, excepting the schoolhouse.
F-2 1832, Feb. 25 Agreement between E. R. and John Powell. E. R. agrees to provide Powell a warranty deed within four months. In the meantime, E. R. describes the 50 acres on which Powell has already taken possession, namely that it lies between the homesteads now or formerly owned & occupied by Josiah Noyes and Simeon Nelson, for which consideration Powell has already paid $2,500.

R., in his own hand, draws up a contract which will be used to sell this land of approximately 50 acres (which he acquired from Mary Kirkland in July or August of 1821) to John Powell, with the closing to take place March 1, 1832. D-2 1834, Nov. 25 Deed for pew. George Robinson (New Haven) sells his pew in the First Ecclesiastical Society in New Haven to E. R. (Boston) for $300. Transaction recorded in the church's Book I, p. 333 and signed in the presence of church officials, Henry White and Wm. Stebbins. [George previously sold E. R. a pew in another church. 1832, June 1 - Obligation note. George Robinson transferred by quit-claim deed to Edward Robinson his right and title to land owned in Twinsberg, Ohio.
A-3 1820, Feb. 23 Notice served on John T. Kirkland by the executors of Samuel Kirkland's will, namely Mary Kirkland, Joel Bristoll, and Edward Robinson. The executors agree to repay the purchase money (with interest) which was paid by Ralph W. Kirkland for the price of land now in dispute "between you and Elisha Lee," so long as John relinquishes all claims to the land. A note at the bottom of the agreement, written by Charles Robinson, states that he personally delivered a duplicate of the notice to John in Cambridge, MA.
A-3 n.d. [1819?] A half sheet of paper with "O. Williams Statement by Ch. Robinson" on one side and a brief notice which Othniel Williams wrote to Charles Robinson on the other. He writes: "In the suit against John Kirkland I recovered the amount of the rent due from the time that E.
