F-6 1829, Feb. 6 Letter to E. R. from Henry Hill in Boston. Indicates the interest on a $1000 bond, given by William Robinson (E.R.'s father), was paid to Oct. 30, 1826, being the time when the payment of the principal of $500 was completed. Since that time no payment of interest has been made, and Hill asks E. R. for instructions in the matter. Mentions that Mr. Anderson and Mr. Evarts are away from the office at the present time.

F-2 1833, Mar.20 Letter to E. R. in Andover from Othniel S. Williams in Clinton. Gives an accounting of the rent and sale of property owned by Robinson, The Bucks were involved in leasing land for a period of 6 years at the rate of $28. per annum. Mentions that a parcel of land had been sold in 1831 for $590.34.

D-2 1836, July 6 Certificate of Account. Signed in Andover by Edward and Elisabeth Robinson. Indicates additional statement of accounts with reference to the 3 June 1832 statement. On the back of this item is a "Memorandum" dated April 11, 1836 which states that "on settling our cash account for monies receiv’d from Walkley & Potter since July 1, 1833, it appears that $142.50 is due E. R. from Elisabeth." Also enclosed with the "Certificate" are two papers: one is signed by Charles Robinson, indicating he has an account with Lowrey; the other is E. R.'s private account with Elisabeth (debits/credits) from July 1833 to April 1836.

F-2 1832, Feb. 25 E. R., in his own hand, draws up a contract which will be used to sell this land of approximately 50 acres (which he acquired from Mary Kirkland in July or August of 1821) to John Powell, with the closing to take place March 1, 1832. The specific boundaries of the land to be deeded are included in this contract. He also deducts the interest on the money which Powell, Parmelee, and Nelson put aside for the down payment. E. R.'s rough draft of this formal contract is also included (dated 24 Feb. 1832), and it contains the specifics of the financial transaction between E. R. and Powell.
D-2 1833, June 27 Financialstatement prepared by George Robinson for E. R. Debits show cash advanced ($1443.86) for payment of claims listed. Credits show that George obtained a note on a "lot with assignments of property" in the amount of $1440.

D-2 1841, Nov. 21 Slip of paper in E. R.'s hand which records that George Robinson gave E. R. two notes (Northampton, Aug. 27, 1841) for $1000 and $300 respectively and then E. R. sent the above notes to Charles Robinson in New Haven "for proof of bankruptcy" in November. This transaction probably concerns the hardware store George operated in Northampton.
